It is critical to the public safety and rights to information that any and 
all genetically engineered foods be labeled as such, and that pre-market 
testing is done and held to the strictest possible level of accountability. 
It is an outrage that there is a possibility that any proposed law would not 
uphold these basic needs of the public citizen's need for information,
