Dear FDA,
I would hope that we live in a more sensitive world that it would not be 
necessary to state the obvious.  We cannot assume that GE foods are not 
harmful when there is no mandate for testing properly or even labeling 
effectively.  We are the most technologically advanced country, yet we 
forfeit good health for the wealth of a few.  What kind of thinking is that?  
 Americans should know what they are putting in to their own bodies.  At 
least a choice should be given with proper labeling not to mention stringent 
testing.  Biology is not a linear science and you do not know the long term 
effects of this kind of nature tampering.  I don't want some Biotech company 
deciding for me what is good or not.  I want to decide that.

Please consider proper labeling of any foods containing GE products.
Please consider proper testing so that you can state with a conscious that GE 
foods are safe or NOT.
Thank you for considering this American citizen's comments on this important 
topic.
