To Whom It May Concern at the FDA:

We find the proposed rules you are considering regarding regulating
Genetically Modified foods and crops completely unacceptable.  

The FDA is supposed to assure the safety of food.  Your proposed rules
do nothing to protect our food supply or the health of the public.  

How can you in good conscience NOT require mandatory safety testing
before GM food products can be sold?  How can you NOT at the very LEAST
require that these foods be labeled?

We are extremely concerned that you ignore the safety concerns of the
public and instead propose policies that  protect and promote GM food
companies.
