Ms. Henney, 

As an educator who has spent the last 7 years working
to regain my health which was compromised in large
part by my childhood food choices and options, 
I feel strongly about this FDA proposal. 

Daily I see the negitive effects that empty nutrition
has on behavior and on academic concerns in our
children. I urge that for the health of our children,
our nation, and of people the world over who are
influenced by the leadership of the United States that
we PLACE A MORITORIUM ON COMMERCIAL USE OF GENETICALLY
ENGENEERED FOODS UNTIL MANDATORY TESTING PROVES THEM
SAFE. IF WE MUST HAVE GENTETICALLY ENGENEERED FOODS AT
ALL, WE MUST REQUIRE PRE-MARKET TESTING, ENVIRONMENTAL
REVIEW, AND FULL DISCLOSURE LABELING OF GENETICALLY
ENGENEERED FOODS. 

As a member of this democracy, I want to know that I
have a voice with which to choose freedom of health -
which comes primarily from our food supply. 

Please strongly consider the above recommendation.
