To whom it may concern:
GENETICALLY ENGINEERED (GE) PRODUCTS MUST BE LABELED AND TESTED
FOR SAFETY...

The FDA must require mandatory pre-market safety testing, pre-market 
environmental review, mandatory labeling of GE foods, and allow labeling of 
non-GE foods, as well as ensure public access to adequate information for 
independent review.

The FDA must end its "conflict-of'-interest" relationship with the industries 
it purports to be regulating.
