To Whom It May Concern:

    I just learned about plans to make it illegal to transport downed animals 
to slaughter.  As an animal rights activist, I am asking you to grant the 
petition to prohibit this slaughter.  The docket number is 98P-0151/CP1.  
    I truly hope that this whole thing will work out.  It is very upsetting 
to me and many other animal activists whenever we hear about animal cruelty 
of any kind.  That's why I hope you will do your part to help these animals 
by supporting this docket.  Thank you.
