Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my support of Docket 98P-0151/CP1 to completely prohibit the slaughter of *downed animals* in the livestock industry.   
All animals should be treated humanely. Preventing the injuries that cause downed animals in the first place should be a priority.
