Food and Drug Administration (Dockets Management
Branch):
   I am a concerned citizen who has recently learned
of the possibility that the "Morning After Pill" could
be made available over-the-counter.  I am opposed to
this and want to urge you to deny the petition
presented on February 14, 2001.  It is clear that the
"Morning After Pill" is a form of abortion.  Thank you
