Dear FDA Commissioner,
    It is upsetting to me that the proposed FDA regulations do not require 
proper labeling or safety tests for GE foods. I cannot stress enough how 
unfair it is to the American public to have the choice of what goes into 
their mouths stripped away from them. For years this has been happening, and 
only now it is getting a small percentage of the attention it deserves. By 
ignoring this issue you are doing the country you serve a great disservice. 
GE foods must not go undetected any longer! 
    I sincerely hope that this letter and many others like it will be taken 
into great consideration.
