I strongly support the following requirements for genetically engineered 
foods:
- A mandatory rule for pre-maket safety testing.
- There must be pre-market environmental reviews.
- A mandatory labeling of all foods, especially genetically engineered   
foods.
- A restriction on voluntary labeling of non-genetically engineered
  foods.
- There should be no mere letter of notification prior to markeing of
  a genetically-engineered food.
- Must not fail to ensure public access to adequate information for   
independent review.
- Must be supported by consumer groups, not industry.
