Dear Commissioner Henney,

I urge you to revise the proposed FDA regulation of genetically engineered
foods by placing a moratorium on the commercial use of such foods until
mandatory testing proves them safe, and require that all foods containing
genetically engineered food ingredients be labeled as such.  This is the
least that can be done for public awareness and safety.  Thank you.
