Subject: Genetically Engineered Foods

To Whom it May Concern, (and that's all of us)

I am writing regarding Docket OON-l396 and Docket
OOD-l598 about the regulation of genetically
engineered or modified foods.  I believe that it is
IMPERATIVE that such products be completely labeled. 
We humans should have the knowledge and choice about
what goes  into the foods we buy.  It is past time
that we transcend the interests of big business and
deeply consider the long range effects on the whole
planet of such experimental and questionable
technology.  As long as any question exists, which it
certainly does here,  how could the FDA possibly
condone hiding the contents of the food we eat?

I believe ALL ge and gm foods should be labelled as
such, mandatorialy, and that much more research needs
to be done.  As is obvious in the reported escape of
ge seeds contaminating other crops, this is dangerous
stuff.  Please be sane about this.

I am a gardener and am very careful about the seed I
buy, wanting to insure that my family is receiving the
most healthy diet possible.  We ALL deserve this.  You
too.
