Subject: genetic engineered foods
i want mandatory pre-market comprehensive enviornmental review, provide long 
term pre-market testing for ge foods, reports that are released to the public 
in a very timely manner. i also require mandatory labeling of ge products, 
and irridated products, that are available to the public at all times, and 
updated as soon as a new product is added.. the fda must also end it's cozy 
relationship with the industries it is suppose to be regulating. no one 
should be allowed to work for the fda, writing relugatory rules, and laws 
that have previously worked for a biotech company, and the the go back to the 
biotech companies after they have worked for the fda. this is a conflict of 
interest and should not be allowed in a government ageny. there should be no 
major changes in the preparation of the food supply without a vote from the 
american people, ie@ irradition of foods, genetically engineering foods, not 
letting the meat inspectors, check the meat, but instead giving this major 
responsibility to the meat companies? if your agency read its history of the 
meat industry, you would be appalled by this one betrayl alone.
