Subject: downed animal trade

To whom it concerns; I am writing in regards to docket #98p-0151/cp1.Please help these animals,they are giving their life for humans to eat them .They live and die under horrible circumstances,they need your help.Please don't turn your back on them.Can you imagine being injured and unable to move and someone pushing you out of the way with a bull dosier injuring you futher while leaving you to lay there and die? These animals are depending on you!  Thankyou Donna Saldana
