Proper market function requires a free flow of information. It's wrong for you to decree that certain information is not relevant. People have a right to know which foods contain bioengineered products for many reasons: - personal safety, e.g., fear of allergies; - a desire to support prudent public policies, e.g., agricultural diversity rather than monoculture; - a preference for "natural" products. The FDA's reputation for an inappropriately cozy relationship with big chemical companies appears justified.
