Downed animals comprises a very small percentage of animals slaughtered, and prohibiting their marketing will cause no undue economic hardship. If animals intended for slaughter received better treatment 90% of downed cows could be prevented removing the downed animals will provide an incentive to industy to prevent downed animals in the first place. thanks for your time please pass this into law.
