Dear Sir:
Please grant petition 98P-015l/CPl yo prohibit the 
slaughter of downed animals. Animals that are too
sick or injured even to stand should not be allowed 
to enter the food chain. They pose and increased risk
for bacterial contamination. Some animals may be 
affllicted with a form of BSA.
