Dear Ms. Henney:
 
I am very concerned about the overuse of antibiotics in agriculture, which is contributing to the emergence of untreatable diseases in people.  Reliable data on antibiotic use in agriculture is needed if we are to develop an effective national strategy to address this problem.  I therefore urge you to establish a reporting system to determine the quantity of antibiotics used in U.S. agriculture.
