Commissioner Jane Henney,
As you know overuse of antibiotics in humans, animals is resulting in their 
loss of effectively.  We need to preserve that effectiveness by first 
quantifying their use.

The FDA should establish a system for collecting basic data n all 
antibiotic use in the United States.  The information should include the 
class, dosage, and treatment period.
