Dear Commissioner: 
As a former bacteriologist, I'm deeply concerned about the enormous use of 
antibiotics in livestock and agriculture.  That must be contributing to the 
alarming rise of resistance amongst pathogens. 
It's imperative to establish a program to quantify its use both 
prophylactically and otherwise.  We should gather information on the class, 
indication, dosages, treatment periods, etc.  Armed with that information, we 
might then be able to control this serious problem.  I urge you to establish 
a program whereby that can be done.  So that I know you received this, please 
acknowledge.
