These poor animals cannot be handled without considerable pain and should be euthanized prior to transport. The chance that these animals dragged thru the waste and blood at the plant exposes them to more bacteria, which exposes the people who choose to eat meat the same chance of infection. I ask you, would you feed your children meat from a downed cow? Let these animals have some relief of pain and help meateaters to feel better about their children's lunch program.
