Attention: Dockets Management Branch

This communication is to urge you to grant petition 98P-0151/CP1 to 
prohibit the slaughter of downed animals. They pose a health risk to humans 
and should not be allowed to enter the human food chain; moreover, moving 
them is generally a cruel and inhumane process.
