Dear Sirs:

Please grant petition 98P-0151/CPI to help get us further away from the Dark
Ages and helping to eliminate bacterial contamination from eating downers meat.

Also, proper care and handling of the animals in the first place would really
solve most of the problems here, so lets eliminate the incentive that allows
them to butcher downers.

It's good thinking and humane.
