Regarding docket # 98P-0151/CP1: 

Please grant Farm Sanctuary's petition prohibiting the slaughter of downed 
farm animals (non ambulatory cattle).   

The practice of market and slaughter of animals too disabled to move 
represents unspeakable cruelty and an unnecessary health risk.   

I personally look forward to the day when animals are no longer slaughtered 
for food at all, but until then, humane steps toward better treatment are a 
moral imperative.   

Please prohibit this nightmarish practice, and help us all take steps toward 
a kinder world.
