Please comply with the appropriate US laws governing the DHHS/FDA, the Freedom of Information Act, and the FDA charter. Protect US Citizens from hazardous substances of which Monsanto's rbGH "Posilac" bovine growth hormone substance has been proven to be a significant force that accelerates the growth and proliferation of cancers, both in test animals and humans. Additionally, I understand that the FDA has not complied, within the allocated time allowed by US law, with a FOE request to divulge any and all communications between FDA and Monsanto (companies) regarding the testing, evaluation and approval of rbGH. Please comply with the FOE law. Regards, Bill V Frogge 923 S Bowie Amarillo, TX 79102 (806) 373-7584 bullfrog@globalkore.com
