I am not completely opposed to bioengineering but I definitely want to know what I'm buying. I actually don't want it to be voluntary labeling but MANDATORY. I feel very strongly about this. If the scientific community really does feel like this is safe, why try to hide it by not acknowledging the process on food labeling? It would be better to advertise it rather than hide it, and more fair to everyone.
