To Whom It May Concern:

Please grant petition 98P-0151/CP1 to prohibit the
slaughter of downed animals;  The various methods used
to transport these animals is extremely cruel and
abusive and needs to be stopped immediately.  Please
have a heart and treat these animals HUMANELY.
