Subject: phenylpropanalamine
I am a veterinarian from New York, and concerned about the recall of PPA. Our 
practice alone has hundreds of animals on phenylpropanalamine for urinary 
incontinence. The drug has worked very well, and in many cases is the only 
reason why these animals haven't already been put to sleep.   
      Perhaps there is a way to allow it to be dispensed by prescription in 
veterinary medicine.
