Please investigate and draw up regulationsregarding use of che,mical 
fragrances, so that people know what their choice of perfume vs.no perfumeis 
limiting the health and right of access for others.I can not attend many 
indoor events because of heavy fragrance use by others.This is just like 
second hand tobacco smoke (except you can't see it. warning labels should be 
required for the ingredients in personal care products, If people still wish 
to use chemicalfragrances.They are all chemical, even natural  or essential 
oils.I would trade my HIV condition for my sensitivity and cognitive 
disfunction (environamental Illness)which grows worse with eaxh expsure to 
solvents, gragrancesand mothballs or pesticides.They even put fragrance in 
RAID ant sprayand it is also used in designer perfumes.John Cailleau,1730
