Subject: The sale of downer animals

To whom it may concern,

I would like to see downer cows removed from being sold for food consumption due to the risk of bacterial infection to humans.  I also don't like the way these animals my be treated in order to get them to a slaughter house.  I am referencing to docket # 98P-0151/CP1
