Subject: Start A National Antibiotic-Use Reporting System

Dear Commissioner Henney,

There appears to be more and more concern about the careless use of
antibiotics in US agriculture.  Scientists are telling us that this overuse
can be potentially very harmful as diseases become immune to them.  To help
us understand the magnitude of the problem we need to know a lot more.
Please establish a federal antibiotic reporting system that is sophisticated
enough for scientists to understand the problem.  I believe this reporting
system should be very high priority.
