dear commissioner Henney,   please do what you can to moniter the widespread 
use of antibiotics in raising livestock.   the food that i purchace at the 
supermarket are almost always free of antibiotics, yet my wife and i often 
eat out,and cannot get this assurance.  i would like to know that you
