    We have long been concerned about the increasing use of antibiotics in 
all kinds of products used by Americans.  We are now writing to urge you to 
establish a reporting system to determine the exact quantity used in 
agriculture.  We believe that such a system would be a first step in learning 
just how much harm antibiotics are causing to human health.
