Dear Commissioner Henney,

I urge you to consider setting up a monitoring and tracking system for the
use of antibiotics for agricultural purposes. The use of antibiotics is one
of the "miracles of science" for the human kind. It's effectiveness is
placed in danger with improper or over use. Please  help in the efforts of
those who would fight to keep this miracle available for the good of all
peoples everywhere.
