Please grant  Farm Sanctuary their petition to prohibit the slaughter of downed animals by the meat industry.  Downed animals should be removed from the farming process.  Once downed, it is inhumane to continue to drag them around till they die an agonizing death, not to mention that they could spread disease to humans.
