Hello.  This is concerning docket number 98P-0151/CP1 regarding the sale 
and use of "downed" animals for meat sold to consumers.

Not only is the transport of such animals impossible to be done humanely, 
causing horrible suffering to these injured animals, but these sickly 
animals can propose bacterial risks to the consumers who unwittingly eat them.

I ask you please to consider banning the use of downed animals for meat.
