This referenced white paper provides the latest scientific information on food allergy. It provides an overview of food allergy issues including symptoms, diagnosis, and management. The white paper also offers insight on how to distinguish a food allergy from other sensitivities to food. Understanding Food Allergy will advance food allergy understanding for all audiences. The new IFIC Review, Understanding Food Allergy (pdf format)and many other science-based materials related to food allergy may be found on the IFIC Web Site at http://ific.org/allergy or you may contact us if you would like a hard copy of these materials
