Questions
1. General Comments I currently use Claritin and I find it much better than any pill or spray type perscription or over the counter drug. However, in the past I have paid $10 for 20 pills, and now $15 (changed jobs/insurance) for the same 20 pills. If the price goes up to $17 for the same quantity in over the counter form, I know it is only a few dollars, but there is a difference. I only pay $15 to visit my doctor, however this time I found out that would not have been necessary in order to get a refill of the perscription. So next time I need refills, I just have to call the doctor and get a new perscription, and the doctor's visit won't be necessary. So basically, it costs less via perscription then it might for over-the-counter. However, if it goes over-the-counter maybe demand will cause the manufacturer to sell it for less than the $17. Thank you for your time regarding this issue.
