AS A PRACTICING GASTROENTEROLOGIST FOR OVER 20 YEARS, I HAVE HAD THE
OPPORTUNITY TO TREAT MANY PATIENTS WITH IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME.  UP UNTIL
RECENTLY, MEDICAL TREATMENTS FOR IBS WITH DIARRHEA HAVE BEEN INADEQUATE.  OUR
EXPERIENCE WITH ALOSETRON HAS BEEN VERY POSITIVE.

ONE OF MY PATIENTS HAD AVOIDED VACATION AND SOCIAL EVENTS DUE TO THE CONSTANT
FEAR OF HAVING DIARRHEA.  LOTRONEX (ALOSETRON) HAS COMPLETELY RESOLVED HER
SYMPTOMS AND HAS NOT BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SIDE EFFECTS TO DATE (SHE HAS
USED THIS MEDICATION FOR OVER 6 MONTHES).  I'VE HAS MANY OTHER SUCCESSFUL
TREATMENTS AS WELL.

SINCERELY,
