1992 Proposed Regulations
We are hoping that, by codifying the criteria, we will make manufacturers more aware of how feasible it really is to get pediatric information in their labeling, show some that they may already have adequate information at their disposal to do so, show others that the evidentiary threshold is not as great as previously believed, and encourage all to pursue better pediatric labeling for their drugs.
