These reviews were written in preparation for the July 14, 2006 BPAC meeting which was cancelled.  Since that time, NMRC has submitted a revised clinical protocol.

 

Review #8 was amended in preparation for the December 14, 2006 BPAC meeting based on the revised clinical protocol submitted by NMRC.

 

Review #8 contains a reference to HBOC-201 on page one of the review in item 1.  The reference to Tsai (2001) should read HBOC-301.
