Neuropathic Signs
Inspection: Dry, atrophic skin, loss of hair and sweating, distal muscle atrophy
Sensory (most common):
- Vibration and proprioception (large fiber)
- Light touch and pinprick (small fiber)
Motor (less common): Distal muscle weakness
Reflexes: Absent or depressed
