MANAGEMENT OF AGC
* Refer directly to colposcopy.
* Colposcopy should include endocervical sampling.
*In symptomatic women, and women over 35 years
of age, endometrial sampling should also be performed.
* A diagnostic cervical cone biopsy may be needed,
and referral to a clinician experienced in management of
complex cervical cytologic situations is recommended.
