Other Safety Considerations

• Treprostinil was not associated with adverse changes in:

  • serum electrolytes
  • renal and hepatic function
  • hemoglobin/hematocrit
  • platelet count
  • coagulation parameters
  • ECG intervals

• There were no clinically important drug interactions or idiosyncratic events
