Efficacy Conclusions

In patients with PAH, treprostinil produced clinically meaningful improvements in:

• exercise tolerance (distance and symptoms)
• symptoms of PAH
• dyspnea-fatigue rating
• hemodynamic variables
• quality of life (physical domain)
