Risk Management Decrease in Hemoglobin
- Risk to the patient is small
- Hb concentration should be evaluated after 1 and 3 months of treatment and quarterly thereafter
- Cases of marked decrease in Hb concentration should be further evaluated and/or treated, based on clinical judgment
