Entry Criteria (V303)
Histologically proven colorectal cancer
Unresectable measurable metastases
Performance status 0, 1 or 2
No prior chemotherapy for metastatic disease
ɲ months since completion of adjuvant 5-FU
Prior pelvic radiotherapy permitted
Adequate hematologic, renal, and hepatic function
