Entry Criteria(0038)

• Histologically proven colorectal cancer

• Unresectable measurable metastases

• Performance status 0, 1 or 2

• No prior chemotherapy for metastatic disease

• ᡄ months since completion of adjuvant 5-FU

• No prior pelvic radiotherapy permitted

• Adequate hematologic, renal, and hepatic function
