Comments for FDA General
Questions
1. General Comments Before I was prescribed opiates for pain control, I had to stop doing so many of the day to day things that most people get to do. Now I am able to function and enjoy a much better quality of life, just like everyone deserves. I feel that optiates, if prescribed correctly and with the right follow-up, are sometimes the only thing to give adequate pain control to people who need it. Doctors should not be afraid to prescribe opiates, just because of the few junkies that would snort/shoot/swallow ANYTHING just to get a high. Perhaps if there were more measure taken to ensure that the opiates stayed in the right hands, then there would not be such a problem.
