1. General Comments Registered Nurse employed as Inspector of Long Term Care Facilities for PA Dept. of Health (HFQE). Audit clinical records for pain management per CMS guidelines in 200 nursing facilities. Son (aged 42) with RSD (CRPS) after 8 years of living as a recluse due to under pain management currently has quality of life restored with PRESCRIBED OPIOID THERAPY. No longer uses a cane, has returned to furthering education for Master's degree. Please..I would like to attend and speak at the FDA meeting 1/30-31, 2002 open hearing in Rockville, MD. Thank-you.
